Our company invested more than 30 million in the construction of a calibration workshop of 5750 square meters in 2019, designed by Dandong Beite. Excavated and built a reservoir with a length of 110 meters, a width of 80 meters, and a depth of 3 meters, two 1000m3 water pumps, and three 3000m3 water pumps and 13 standard tables. Using METTLER TOLEDO's electronic ground scale and Krohne electromagnetic flowmeter, the diameter of DN2600mm pipe can be detected. It was be officially put into use in March 2020.

Gas calibration device:

The gas sonic nozzle is an advanced gas flow calibration device in China. The device is composed of 15 nozzles, and advanced technology and equipment are used in the design and construction process.

Nominal diameter: DN15~DN300mm

Flow range: 1~6000m3/h

Device accuracy: 0.3%

Device highlights:

After the air enters the stagnant container through the verification pipe section and the inspected flow meter, it flows through the critical flow venturi nozzle group, outlet container, buffer container, vacuum pump, etc., and is finally discharged into the atmosphere.

The gas discharged from the device enters the underground gas recovery cooling channel, and re-enters the air inlet of the device for recycling. In order to avoid inhaling gas of different temperature outside the laboratory when the flow is large, the gas temperature will fluctuate too much, which will affect the test results.

The stagnant container is a new type of thermal insulation and vibration isolation structure. It is equipped with a thermal insulation layer, which is filled with constant temperature circulating water to ensure that the temperature of each point in the stagnant container is consistent and improve the overall measurement stability of the device.
