There is medium passing through the pipeline but there is no instantaneous flow.
1. When the FGP or PAL empty pipe alarm occurs, check whether the signal line is connected correctly and whether there is a break in the middle of the signal line.
Ask the customer about the conductivity of the medium and whether it can conduct electricity. When there is water in the pipeline, check whether the empty pipe
alarm threshold is normal and whether the ground wire is connected properly.
2. No alarm. Check whether the ground wire is connected properly and whether the instantaneous flow unit of the flowmeter is normal. For example, if the flow rate
is too small and the unit is selected as m³/min, the instantaneous flow value will be too small or 0. Is there a flow rate in the water flow state?
If there is a flow rate, it may be that the fluid direction is wrong. You can modify the fluid direction in the meter header or swap the wiring positions of SIG1 and SIG2.
