How to reasonably use electromagnetic flowmeter to work with mud pump in industry
The industrial mud pump has the characteristics of (flow) Q∝N (speed), (head) H∝N2, (shaft power) W∝N3 and so on. If the vortex flow meter is used in combination, when the flow rate decreases, the speed of the pump also decreases, and the shaft power can be reduced a lot. If the speed of the mud pump is changed to adjust the flow rate of the mud, a lot of electric energy can be saved. The frequency converter has good driving performance, including PID control and other control algorithms, rich control functions, and energy saving and other significant features. Therefore, the frequency converter can be used to transform the raw material feeding method, and the feedback signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter can be used. The kiln speed signal realizes variable frequency speed regulation for the mud pump, the speed of the mud pump is synchronized with the kiln speed, and the original slurry return tank is cancelled, so as to realize the automatic control of the rotary kiln feeding, achieve energy saving, reduce consumption, improve the density operation rate and The purpose of clinker quality. The speed signal of the kiln system is adjusted by the density-speed proportional giver and sent to the A/D module of the PLC, and then sent to the PLC after being processed and converted by the A/D module; the flowmeter changes the flow signal into a 4-20mA standard signal and sends it back to the A/D module of the PLC, and then sent to the PLC after processing; the PLC takes the output signal of the density-speed proportional giver as the given value, and the flow input signal as the measured value, performs PID operation, and sends the operation result to the D/A module for further processing. Processing, output 4-20mA standard signal, signal, sent to the inverter F540L, control the output of the inverter, in order to achieve the purpose of controlling the motor speed, control the feeding amount, to achieve closed-loop control. Electromagnetic flowmeters have a high status in the big family of flowmeters. When using the electromagnetic flowmeter to test, the measurement accuracy of the electromagnetic flowmeter is not affected by the changes of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity, and has good stability. The sensor-induced voltage signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter has a linear relationship with the average flow velocity, so the measurement accuracy is high. At the same time, in the composition of the electromagnetic flowmeter, only the lining and electrodes of the sensor part are in contact with the liquid to be measured. As long as the electrodes and lining materials are reasonably selected, they can be resistant to corrosion and wear.
