Turbine water flow meter is a new type of instrument integrating turbine flow sensor and display integration developed by using advanced ultra-low power consumption single chip microcomputer technology. It has the obvious advantages of compact mechanism, high reliability, no interference from external power supply, anti lightning and low cost. However, customers should pay attention to the following points when selecting turbine water flow meter products:

1. When selecting the product model of turbine water flow meter, the user shall reasonably select the model and specification of turbine water flow meter according to the pipeline nominal pressure, medium pressure, medium temperature, medium composition, flow range and signal output requirements.

2. In order to make the use performance of the vortex wheel flow meter product good, the flow range of the flowmeter should be within (20% 80%) Qmax.

3. The signal output mode of turbine water flow meter products when leaving the factory: working condition pulse signal output (three wire system), standard flow signal (IC card) output or RS-485 communication output. If other output functions are required, please explain when ordering.

4. The ultra-high cost performance of the turbine water flow meter is highly praised by customers. Most of the turbine water flow meter products can also reach 1%, and the accuracy of some turbine water flow meters can also reach 0.5%.

Product structure and installation method of turbine water flow meter: thread, flange and clamping connection are adopted according to different specifications.

Installation requirements for turbine water flow meter products:

1. The turbine water flow meter can be installed horizontally and vertically. When installed vertically, the fluid must flow from bottom to top. The liquid shall fill the pipe without bubbles.

2. During installation, the liquid flow direction shall be consistent with the direction of the arrow indicating the flow direction on the turbine water flow meter shell. The upstream end of the flowmeter shall have a straight pipe section of at least 20 times the diameter length, and the downstream end shall have a straight pipe section of at least 5 times the diameter.

3. Turbine water flow meter shall be far away from external electromagnetic field. If it cannot be avoided, necessary shielding measures shall be taken.

4. In order not to affect the normal transmission of liquid during maintenance, a bypass pipe shall be installed at the installation of turbine water flow meter products.

5. When the turbine water flow meter is installed in the open air, please take rainproof measures.

6. For explosion-proof flowmeter, the instrument shell must be disassembled in a safe place.
