A high-frequency output volumetric flow meter is used for precise, continuous, or intermittent measurement of the flow rate or instantaneous flow rate of liquids in pipelines. It is suitable for applications involving high viscosity and high pressure, such as heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, and resins. It can accurately measure minute flow rates under certain conditions. Working Principle and Structure
The flow meter chamber contains a pair of meshing gears acting as rotors. The two gears and the chamber can each form a fixed volume, called the standard volume. Flow rate is measured by calculating the number of standard volumes that flow through within a certain time period.

2. The higher the viscosity of the medium, the less leakage occurs through the gaps between the gears and the metering space. Therefore, the higher the viscosity of the measured medium, the smaller the leakage error, which is more advantageous for measurement.
3. Gear flow meters offer high measurement accuracy and are suitable for measuring the flow rate of high-viscosity media. However, they are not suitable for fluids containing solid particles and require a filter. The presence of gas in the medium can also cause measurement errors.
4. These flow meters are small in size, lightweight, and operate with low vibration and noise. They are easy to install and can measure fluids with viscosities up to 10,000 Pa·s. They offer a measurement accuracy of 0.5 grade and a wide measurement range up to 100:1L. Various types are available, including general-purpose, high-pressure, and food-grade models, suitable for measuring the minute flow rates of various clean liquids.
