INTRODUCTION
Proportional valve mass flow controller is specially designed for the measurement and control of all kinds of small flow gas. This series of sensors are made of advanced micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chip, combined with digital signal processing technology and flow control algorithm, to achieve accurate control and intelligent processing of various gas flow sizes.
